Our 2016/17 Champions have not even been fully coronated, but already the layers are cracking on with their prices for the 2017/18 season, and an intriguing puzzle it is too.

Man City have been unanimously installed as favourites - a general 5/2, while Antonio Conte's side at a tempting 10/3. There is plenty of reason to think Man City should be able to kick on a little, and surely Guardiola will add a solid centre half over the summer, and solve his goalkeeping problems. The addition of Gabriel Jesus looks likely to take the pressure of Aguero, so it's easy to see the optimism. All of that ignores the fact of course that 15 points is the deficit to Chelsea currently, so it's a big step to make.
Chelsea look more tempting at 10/3 with Paddy Power, but their leave of abscence from the Chanpions League will surely have been a big factor in their success this year. Next time around may not be so easy, and they will probably need to balance that by adding at least two or three names to the squad - especially given the likes of Terry and Costa are heading towards the exit door.
Man United at 10/3, with another season for Mourinho to get things going. They have struggled at times this year however and you still feel there is work to do with the squad to get them really ready for a title push. I'd be wanting nearer 4/1 to start the negotiations on a bet.
Then we come to Spurs. nearly three times the price of Man United. How can that possibly be? They have achieved far more this year than United, and that's with playing Champions League football. Two years in a row they've shown that sort of consistency, and Pochetinno is rapidly developing a pretty solid reputation. With class throughout the squad, surely they will look to add those one or two extra players who can get them over the line this season?
Liverpool at 11/1, and they will be in the hunt too, while Arsenal can be backed at 14/1 with Sky Bet. It's 150/1 bar.
Tottenham to win the Premier League 2017/18 EW at 9/1. (1/3, 1,2)
