Our 5/1 shot Blitz won at Windsor last night, but unfortunately a host of non-runners meant a 70p rule 4 was at work, significantly impacting our returns.

We head up North on Tuesday for a runner at Windsor who looks well set for a big race.

Golden Apollo goes in the 4:40 and should be well set after a recent run out at York to dust off the cobwebs after a long period away from the track. The going was arguably too soft that day, and a return to slightly stiffer ground should suit, providing the weather holds up reasonably.

This one is also a drop back down in class, so that effort at York was pretty credible really, and shouldn't put us off at all.

Golden Apollo to win at 9/2
