Horse Whipsers - From Royal Ascot

Just eight are expected to go to post in the Prince of Wales Stakes at Ascot on Wednesday (4.20pm), and with Highland Reel and Jack Hobbs dropping back in trip for this one against a field that looks unusually weak, it could be a race for the superstars to battle out between them.

We expect Ryan Moore to run Highland Reel from the front in an aggressive manner, and having prevailed in five Group 1 races previously, he will take a lot of beating and that could be the downfall for Jack Hobbs who is the obvious rival.

We don't give Ulysses as much respect as the market is doing (10/3) given the nature of his performance at the Breeders Cup Turf last season, and in a straight pick from the front pair, Highland Reel gets the nod.
