An 11/4 winner at Royal Ascot got our Horse Racing run back up and running, but we'll head to Chelmsford for an interesting five furlong sprint on Thursday in search of a follow-up.

Saved My Bacon benefits from a high draw (10) which is always handy at Chelmsford, and looks just the sort to prosper under Chris Dwyer.
Dwyer has turned out 131 runners at Chelmsford in Handicaps over the past five years, and won no fewer than 25 of those, with 49 placed. That record has returned a fine profit for backers, and he has a similar record over other all-weather venues (87 wins from 526 starts).
Available at 5/1 with William Hill or Bet Victor, this looks a decent e/w bet.
