The less said about Tuesday's pick the better, so we'll hasten onto Wednesday, where Clowance One can improve on his third place at Kempton last week by winning the 8.10pm.
It's telling that Roger Charlton has chosen to run him again so soon in this sort of company and he's clearly hoping for a quick improvement after being beaten by just a head from the winner last time out.
Charlton has a great record at this sort of distance, with his stayers showing an excellent long term strike rate over the past three years - winning 7 of thier 13 starts for nearly 300% return on investment.
With a prompt return to the track, and under the same jockey in Kieran Shoemark, we reckon the 5/2 could be worth snapping up before the morning.
