Sweden Women v Germany Women

Germany start the 2017 Womens European Championships as the red-hot favourites for victory - they are 2/1 favourites, and that's hardly surprising given they have won the last six Championships.

Sweden will nevertheless go into their opening match hoping to get something from the game, as they have managed to keep the Germans honest in recent meetings. The pair last met back in August, where Germany ran out 2-1 winners. Prior to that it was a 4-1 Germany win in the 2015 World Cup, and the honours were shared in earlier matches that season, with another 2-1 win for Germany and a 4-2 win for the Swedes.
Germany are odds-on favourites and that's probably a fair expectation - they will probably win this by the odd goal or two in all liklihood, and 8/13 looks about fair.
Dzsenifer Marozsan will lead the Germans out, and the 25-year old midfielder has an exceptional record in front of goal, with 30 strikes in 74 senior appearances. She was also prolific at youth level (13 in 12 at U19, 21 in 21 at U17 and 12 in 12 at U15) so she can be trusted to dig in when needed.
She also netted in oth of Germany's last two meetings with Sweden, and English fans might recognise her as the scorer of the winning goal for Lyon when they met Manchester City in the Champions League semi-finals earlier this season.
Dzsenifer Marozsan to score the 1st goal at 11/2 with Unibet.
