Like Germany, France are yet to catch fire at Euro 2017, but it is surely only a matter of time, and an important final group stage match in which France still need to bank a result could be the perfect opportunity.

Ranked 3rd in the world, France usually make light work of sides like Switzerland, who are just inside the top 20 in the FIFA rankings. When playing against Top 10 sides over the past three seasons, the Swiss have lost each of their last nine outings, and conceeding over three goals a game on average. They have leaked four or more goals in over half those matches, so France will be licking their lips ahead of this one.
The French are 15-2-2 over the past three years against sides ranked 10th-24th, which bodes well for their chances. This should be an easy French victory, but at odds of 2/5, most won't fancy having the sort of stake required to make the bet worthwhile, so we'll head to the handicap markets instead.
On the (-1) handicap, France are 23/20, and that bet would have won in 10 of France's last 19 against sides within the 10th-24th bracket, and in seven of Switzerland's nine against Top 10 sides in the past three years.
The (-2) also looks worth backing at 10/3 with Paddy Power. That would have won in 8 of 19 for France, and 5 of 9 for Switzerland.
1pt France (-1) at 23/20 with BetWay
2pts France (-2) at 10/3 with Paddy Power
