No luck on Wednesday - we're on an unusual barren run, so sorry about that!

The venue for Thursdays tip is Epsom, where we are targetting a course and distance winner in the shape of Ya Jammeel.

That win came last time out as well, which was just two weeks ago, and came with the same Charles Bishop on board, so there are plenty of reasons to believe the team can go again. He goes a couple of lbs lighter this time which is another bonus, and there are enough reasons to be confident about the trainer trends to push a bet at this one.

Outside of fesitvals, Mick Channon has a commanding record at Epsom, with a +30% ROI over the last eight years on all his handicap runners. That improves to +120% when betting runners with a previous run within the last 2-4 weeks, and +104% when backing only horses who won last time out. Charlie Bishop is +104% as well, which is nice to have up our sleeve.

1pt Win Ya Jammeel to win at 2/1
