Ripon is a beautiful little course to visit during the summer months, so this August meeting is sure to deliver a treat to those who attend. If you're planning on being among those (or even if you aren't), it could be worth backing Bossipop at 11/4 into your staking for the day as this Tim Easterby runner is in fine form right now and looks to have conditions to suit.

Both Trainer and Jockey are in good form right now, while Bossipop has won at course and distance in the past. He comes here off the back of a decent win at Pontefract, and while he's up 6lbs for that win, its a penalty he should take comfortably in his stride here. Sir Billy Wright will be a keen rival of course, but we favour the improvement that might still be in hand for Bossipop.
