Regular followers will know that it's pretty rare we roll out the "Big Kanunas", but when Hull host Bolton on Friday night it could be worth doing so.

[For the record, rolling out the Big Kanunas = having a decent bet in our world].

Two divisions separated these two just three months ago, and there is every reaosn to believe Hull can dominate this one in our view.

Bolton have drawn two and lost two in the league so far, conceeding home advantage to Leeds and Derby, while taking points at Millwall and Birmingham. As a quartet, you'd be hoping for more than a couple of points from that run in all honesty. Of course things weren't easy for the Trotters in pre-season, with a bunch of trialists lining up for Phil Parkinson just three weeks ago as he struggled to establish who should be part of his Championship squad. Listen to Bolton fans speaking right now, and you don't sense the same sort of optomism that most newly promoted sides instill in their fans.

Hull of course haven't done a great deal more, but the intent shown by Leonid Slutsky's side has been encouraging. 64 shots versus 37 against suggest their four points so far should have been more.

Get stuck into Hull in Friday night's match is the advice here.
