The sale of Gylfi Sigurdsson was a great piece of business for Swansea - but only in terms of the value for money for the man at his age. In terms of the impact on their survival chances, you really have to fear for their chances.

The 0-0 at Southamton on the opening day flattered Swansea massively, in a match where they were absolutely battered, and it was a similar story at home to Man United, where they barely had a chance in the match and found themselves humiliated 4-0.
Crystal Palace welcome them to Selhurst Park on Saturday, and there really should only be one winner in this one. While Palace are looking at a long season ahead in our view, they should certainly have some points on the board having played well enough against Huddersfield only to be hit with three counter punches against the balance of play.
After two games, Swansea have managed just a single shot on target. Palace have managed five, albeit against lesser opponents.
At even money, Palace represent the best value in the top flight in our eyes, and warrant a small bet.
1pt Crystal Palace to beat Swansea at 21/20 (Bet365)
