We have just a single bet in the Men’s on Friday, where we return to Denis Shapovalov whom we backed in the first round with great success when he met Daniil Medvedev.

The young Canadian has burst onto the scene this season and is now 10-3 against Top 100 players on hard courts. He’s achieved that statistic in style too, including such scalps as Jo-Wilfried Tsonga in the last round, as well as Juan Martin Del Potro and Rafael Nadal in consecutive matches at the Rogers Cup. He eventually fell to Alexander Zverev in a reasonably competitive semi-final in that event – the German going on to win of course.
Coming up against Kyle Edmund should hold little fear for Shapovalov – he beat the Englishman at Queens in front of Edmund’s home crowd, before losing a tight match to Tomas Berdych in the following round. Put short, this is a man who is rapidly emerging, and he should be backed at 4/6 to win this one. He’s sure to be winning tournaments in the very near future, so take the value while it’s still there.
Shapovalov to beat Edmund at 4/6 with Will Hill or Betway
