The Lucky 15

The first in a new series. For small stakes we are going to put up a daily Lucky 15 with BetFred. They pay treble odds on a single winner, so picking appropriately priced horses with decent shouts should be a nice way to have a bit of fun. These should be taken less seriously than our other bets, but we'll look to turn a small profit wherever possible!

Today's Lucky 15

Fontwell 16:00 - Ramses De Teillee at 9/4 - Has previously won a point to point 3m, so stays comfortably, and is worth nothing that David Pipe continues with the handicaps rather than the easier options in the novices.

York 16:45 - Savalas at 7/1 - previous winner on similar ground over this distance, and the price is attrative against the alternatives.

Fontwell 17:10 - Rockchasebullett at 7/2 - looks to be in beatable company here, and despite not winning recently, has made the frame a couple of times.

York 17:20 - Pennsylvania Dutch at 5/1 - should benefit from moving back up to 6f from efforts at the Ebor over 5f which looked a little on the short side. Dropping back in class is another big bonus, and this is a strong selection
