Wednesday Champions League

Shakhtar Donetsk look a great price against Napoli on Wednesday, in what could be a match priced up on reputation rather than anything more tangible.

The Ukrainian side were superb in the Europa League last season, winning six out of six in the group stages. It wasn't the most challenging section in history, with Gent, Braga and Konyaspor representing the opposition, but to win home and away is no mean feat in Europe these days - no one else managed it last season.
Starting their domestic season earlier is also an advantage for Shakhtar -they have won seven of their eight domestic matches so far as they bid to retain their title, and the bookmakers are surely underestimating a difficult task ahead of Napoli in making them 11/10 favourites away from him.
Take Shakhtar on the handicap (+0.5) and pick up if they win or draw. The price is 4/5 with a number of firms.
1pt Shakhtar to beat Napoli on the handicap (+0.5) at 4/5
