Sebastian Vettel ruined the expected Red Bull party on Saturday as he pulled our a stunner of a lap to deny weekend pace-setter Max Verstappen pole. That's left the grid as follows:

Vettel
Verstappen
Ricciardo
Raikkonen
Hamilton
Bottas
Hulkenburg
Alonso
Vandoorme
Sainz
Palmer
Perez
Kyvat
Ocon
Grosjean
Magnussen
Massa
Stroll
Wehlein
Ericsson
In the Race Winner market, Vettel is 8/13 favourite. As much as we like the look of the Red Bull's this weekend, the simple fact that nine races here have seen seven pole position sitters go on to victory is enough to put us off opposing the German. It's certainly bad news for Hamilton who is back in fifth on the grid and behind four genuinely faster cars this weekend.
Our first bet of the weekend comes in the podium market, where we are happy to take the 1/2 offered by UniBet on Daniel Ricciardo finishing inside the top three. The Australian has surely been the best driver on the grid this season, and in a quicker car he'd be leading the title now - if that we have little doubt. Nevertheless, he has reliably brought his car home well up the order and taken advantage of issues to others at every opportunity. This weekend he is finally in the quicker machine. Podiums in Spain, Monaco, Canada, Azerbaijan, Austria and Belgium mean he's now finished on the podium in six of the last nine races.
2pts Daniel Ricciardo to finish on the podium at 1/2
For points, we have to return to our old favourite Esteban Ocon. The Mexican doesn't have the car perfectly suited to Singapore, where top speed is less important than aerodynamics, but at Even money that has surely be over-egged. He has finished in the points in 12 out of 13 races this season (the exception being Monaco) so is ultra reliable. He's surely destined for a bigger seat in the future, and starts 14th on the grid this week. Back him at Even money is the advice.
2pts Esteban Ocon to finish in the points at 1/1
