Arsenal v West Brom

Monday Night Football comes from the Emirates, and in all honesty, it is probably not a match to get over excited about. Arsene Wenger talked in his pre-match press conference about how Tony Pulis "has a way of dealing with everybody", and he knows precisely what game plan will be deployed against him.

West Brom will create dangerous opportunities from free kicks, so Arsenal will be on their guard about opening that possibility too often, while at the other end, their no nonsense defence will not deviate from the Pulis script, knowing exactly what is required of them.
Arsenal will surely spend much of the match trying to break down a resolute defence, and break it down they will - eventually. Arsene Wenger has won all ten home matches he has played against Pulis, so he will back his side to stretch that run, but things won't be easy, and we reckon the value could be found in the Asian Handicap markets, where West Brom can be 93/100 (1.93) to win on the +1.5 Asian Handicap line. That means you win your bet if West Brom can do anything better than being beaten by two clear goals, but lose if Arsenal win by two or more.
West Brom have only lost 12 away matches by 2+ goals in 58 games under Pulis, and there are enough things still to click at Arsenal this season before they are the finished article.
If you agree with our logic, it might also be worth nothing that of the 21 games Pulis has lost on the road since taking over nearly three years ago, eight have been draws at half time. Try a small bet on Draw/Arsenal to cover that base too at 10/3.
Keep stakes small on this one is the advice.
0.5pts West Brom +1.5 goals on the Asian Handicap at 93/100 (Bet365)
1pt Draw/Arsenal on the double result market at 10/3 (BetVictor)
