Arsenal v Man Utd

Jose Mourinho takes his Man United side to Arsenal in the tea-time TV match, and he'll be looking to defend a very good head-to-head record against the Frenchman which has seen him win eight, draw seven and lose just twice through their careers.

Arsenal look a well functioning team again this season, and three consecutive Premier League wins without conceeding a goal has launched them back into the Top Four, but might be without some key players for this one. Alexandre Lacazette is ruled out, which Alexis Sanchez will face a fitness test after a hamstring issue against Huddersfield.
It is the history books which provide the best clue in this one though, specifically at how results have gone when sides managed by Wenger and Mourinho have met.
No manager has been more problematic for Wenger, with his sides collecting an average of just 0.76 points per game against Mourinho teams (cup matches included for calculation purposes). More noteworthy are the scorelines though - with Arsenal scoring an average of 0.59 goals, and Mourinho's sides 1.41. A combined average goals of 2.00 gives a clue as to why 41% of the matches have ended in draws.
30% of matches between the Top 6 sides in the Premier League each season over the past four years have ended in draws as well, and the 5/2 on the draw must be a little bit of value therefore in this one.
Neither side will go gung-ho into this one, and the Under 2.5 Goals has landed in 13 of the 17 matches between the two managers. 10/11 on a repeat is on offer with Betfair, and that looks massive in our eyes.
