Daryl Gurney and John Henderson do battle in the opener on the night, but the combination of Henderson's slow darts and the expectation that this might not be all that competitive has it ear marked as a time for Football rather than Darts.

Phil Taylor v Justin Pipe follows however, and the Power is likely to have a big crowd behind him after Pipe was accused of some unsportsmanlike behaviour in his last match. The Power will be roared on as a result and is the bookmakers 1/10 favourite.

We've got a couple of check out bets in this one, with both players loving the Double 16 for their finishes. Taylor checks out over 30% of his finishes on it in fact, which makes d16 value at 10/3 with Bet Fred to be the match winner.

The 7/4 offered on "Green" being the winning colour in both the Match Winner and 1st Leg Colour markets represent value as well at 7/4, regardless of which man gets there first.

2pts Match Winning Double to be d16 at 10/3 (BetFred)

2pts 1st Leg Winning Double to be Green at 7/4 (General)

2pts Last Leg Winning Double to be Green at 7/4 (General)

We won't be betting in the van Barneveld match tonight - nothing stands out there.
