Newcastle entertain Swansea at St James Park on Saturday, and you get the sense there is a mini revival going on up on Tyneside at the moment. With a takeover continue to rumble on in the background the club appears to be looking ahead and the momentum feels to be taking the club closer towards a top half spot than a relegation scrap - although the margins between those prospects could barely be close, with just five points between a bottom three spot and a top 10 at present!

The Magpies named a decent side for the 3-1 win over Luton in the FA Cup, and that will surely help momentum, particularly coming off the back of a 1-0 win at Stoke which means they have now won three of their last five.
Swansea are still waiting for their boost to kick in, and as welcome as their 2-1 win at Watford was, they followed up with home defeat to Tottenham, and a dour 0-0 at Wolves in the cup, leaving them with an unwelcome replay.
Newcastle should be solid favourites in this one, and odds of 19/20 don't look short enough in our eyes.
1pt Newcastle to beat Swansea at 19/20
