Marseille v Bordeaux

It's a bit of a last minute tip this, but Marseille look worht backing to beat Bordeaux on Sunday evening. The hosts have an excellent 8-3-1 record on their own patch this season, which improves to 8-1-1 when you exclude the draws against run-away leaders PSG and Monaco who are simply a class above everthing else in this division.

Bordeaux have lost three from five against sides in the top half of the divisions, and despite a good run through January have lost six of their last 12 since the start of December. Conversly, Marseille have now lost just once in 21 - a run stretching all the way back to the start of November.

A comfortable 3-0 home win over Braga on Thursday allowed the to rest tired legs nice and early, so they shouldn't suffer too much of a hangover into this match.
