We held off here, pending news on whether Douvan would surprise everyone and take the field. He doesn't as expected, and to be quite honest Cue Card shouldn't have the legs to challenge, and as a result Un De Sceaux should have this one all to himself - and at 10 this might be his only chance to double down in this race.

We've not hammered many short-priced favourites - it's not really our thing, but this runner is such a classy animal we simply can't see past it. This race is only really ever won by horses with a rating of 164+, which is a bit damming for the field this year which sees just three with that number against their mark.
The market quite likes Frodon, but we don't and we'll settle for a win only bet on Willie Mullins runner, which should be ridden by Paul Townend in all likelihood now.
3.3pts Un De Sceaux to win at 8/11
