Rochdale entertain Fleetwood Town on Tuesday evening, but they are unlikely to be extending the the hand of friendship any further than required by Football League rules dictate, with everything to play for in the relegation run in. The current bookmakers' odds suggest this is the match most likely to dictate who survives and who drops into League Two, with Fleetwood currently on offer at 6/5, and Rochdale 11/8 shots. The losers of this match will move into odds-on for the drop.

It's a mark of how the market rates these sides currently that Fleetwood are considered marginally more likely to drop out of the division despite being five points better off.
Rochdale have arguably found success in the cups distracting, but those are all behind them now, and they will hope to recover with strong results (albeit with a mountain of fixtures ahead of them to squeeze in). Since losing to Spurs in the FA Cup, they have won away at both Walsall and Rotherham, and drawn against Southend and AFC Wimbledon, and we're backing them to continue that run against Fleetwood.
The Cod Army took a point at Charlton on Saturday, but are still without a win in 11 now, and it's hard to envisage too much changing. A run against Rochdale, Northampton and AFC Wimbledon should determine their fate either way in the next two weeks.
Currently on offer at 21/20 with BlackType, or even money with Sky Bet if you prefer to shop with the more well known retailers, Rochdale look decent value in this one.
1pt Rochdale to beat Fleetwood at Evens.
We backed Shrewsbury to win a tough match at Scunthorpe on Saturday, and we're happy to reinvest some of those winnings on them following up with another away win when they travel to Northampton Town.
The Shrews have been superb this season, winning 11 times at home, and more impressively, the same number away. With a +22 goal difference, they have rumbled on consistently well throughout the season, and that win at Scunthorpe was their fifth consecutive win on the road.
Northampton have improved from their pre-Christmas form, but more recently appear to have regresed, and have won just once in eight matches now. At home, the pressure is beginning to mount, and the have now not won at Sixfields in four - a 3-0 reversal to Rotherham, a 0-0 with Oxford, and defeats to Gillingham (1-2) and Rochdale (0-1).
1pt Shrewsbury to beat Northampton at 5/4 (General)
