League Two - Best Bet

Just the one bet in League Two, where we fancy quality should prevail over home comforts when Exeter travel to Port Vale.

Vale have not won in twelve now, eight draws and five defeats, but it's probably worse than that really, as eight of those matches came against bottom half opponents. They did better in those of course (0-6-2), while they have lost three out of four to Top half sides.
Exeter are in danger of missing out on the play-offs now - quite a turn around for the side who set the pace early in the season, but there remains everything to play for, and they should arguably be the more motivated of the two sides.
The Grecians are 3-1-1 against the bottom half sides in 2018 (and 2-2-3 versus the top half sides) so have had a much tougher run, yet still picked up considerably more points. This won't be an easy win by any means, but with the market moving towards Port Vale, it's hard not to at least consider a bet on Exeter at the extended 9/4.
1pt Exeter to beat Port Vale at 9/4
