Kicking off Derby Day, this is always a massive occasion, and it's a surprise to see Liverpool going off at close to even money despite missing a few of their most important names for this match. Mohamed Salah, Emre Can, Joel Matip and Roberto Firminho are all absent for Liverpool, and that has to complicate matters for the Reds.

10 of the last 25 meetings between the sides have ended in draws, including four of the last five at Goodison as Everton try to keep with their old rivals, but have been finding doing so at Anfield increasingly difficult.

Everton have named a strong starting XI, and have a decent home recor this season (9-2-5). No other side outside the Big Six has won more than six at home this season, so it's a notable achievement for the Toffees.

Neither side will be prepared to lose this one, so the draw is the obvious angle to follow, and 5/2 looks well worth backing in our view.

1pt Everton v Liverpool to be a draw at 12/5 (General)
