He's been rated as high as 81 on turf in the past and could take all the beating in this one.

Of 21 starts on turf, he has won twice and placed three times, but notably, those successes came from nine starts over 7f, and all also came from just three starts over distance and in class five handicaps, including winning a division of this race in 2016.

Having gone close at Thirsk over a less than ideal 6f, this raise in trip should suit well.
