An interesting game from a betting perspective on Friday night, as Levante host Sevilla in La Liga. It's a game which Levante no longer really need to win - with a nine point cushion over 18th placed Deportivo.

Sevilla are still chasing a European spot, so come here motivated, but thier current form hardly instills confidence for backers of the away side at odds-on prices. While it's almost certainly harsh to concentrate on the fact they are without a win in eight due to European and Copa del Rey matches which were never really winnable (Bayern twice and Barcelona), it's hard to ignore the home 5-0 thrashing nature of the Barce match, and they are now six without a win domestically - last week's 0-0 at Deportivo being a low light.

Levante have won five from seven now, which is the reason they are now virtually safe and will surely be roared on given they have won three in a row in front of their own fans. Of course, Malaga and Las Palmas (bottom and 2nd bottom) were among those slain, but at 3/1 they still look value to win this one with Bet365, or perhaps more interesting is the 15/8 Draw No Bet price with Marathon Bet?

1pt Levante (Draw no Bet) to beat Sevilla at 15/8 (Marathon)
