It's hard to type when you're excited, and a fully fucntioning England side against Panama should be pretty exciting. If things go to script, we could be in the Last 16 in just over 5 hours time, with an opportunity to rest players to ensure maximum chances once into the knock out phase.

There have now been 14 penalties in just 29 matches - quite an astonishing total, and Panama's hands-on style may be tested by the trickery of Marcus Rashford - assuming he gets the nod of course. Based purely on the stats, Betstars' 2/1 is surely too big on another spot kick being awarded in this one - Betfair exchange punters are "exchanging" their views at nearer the 2.8 mark - another good pointer to the fact that price is long.

Panama looked pretty toothless against Belgium, and England to win to nil looks decent enough at 3/4. When you consider England at 1/5 to win the match, and "Both teams to score - No" is just 4/9, it certainly looks the best of the standard match bets. And England 2-0 wouldn't be any surprise in this one, but at 5/1 it's not a massive price.

I'd wanted to be with the prolific Harry Kane again in this one, but at 8/13 to score at anytime, bases look to have been covered by layers, and it's one to leave at that price.

Panama collected five yellows in the opening match, and they could deploy a similar style against Englands pacey youngsters. Michael Murillo was one of those booked, and he could find himsef suspended for the final match. He's 6/1 to recevie a card with Betway, and he already has five in 23 appearances for his country. Another worth chancing again is Armando Cooper - he was also booked in the Belgium match, taking his tally to a naughter 26 in 101 - including all three of his matches in major competition finals. He's 3/1 to get booked.

1pt A Penalty Awarded at 2/1 (Betstars)

2pts England to win nil at 3/4 (Corals)

1pt Michael Murillo to be carded at 6/1 (Betway) - check teams as they break

1pt Armando Cooper to be carded at 3/1 (SkyBet) - check teams as they break
