Senegal v Colombia

Both sides could theoretically qualify from this group in the event of a draw, but it would take a big Poland win over Japan to allow that possibility. That puts the onus onto Colombia to come out and win this in order to reach the Last 16, and we should see end-to-end football once the first goal comes as a result - as long as Colombia score it at any rate.

It produces a similar complexion to the match that we saw in Poland v Colombia and we’ll follow a similar betting strategy as a result. Goals have to be likely and "Over 2.5 Goals" is an attractive 11/10 on the exchanges, while "Over 3.5 "is 11/4.

Senegal matches have produced seven goals so far this tournament, while both Colombia matches ended with three goals, so neither have been shy about getting stuck in.

The second half should be where it opens up of course – that’s what we saw in the Poland v Colombia game, and the 11/10 appeals again in this as a result.

We aren’t going to write war and peace on this one, they are our bets and that’s where we are sticking.

2pts Over 2.5 Goals at 11/10 (Betfair, BetStars)

1pt Over 3.5 Goals at 11/4 (General)

1pt Highest Scoring Half to be 2nd Half at 11/10 (General)

1pt Penalty in Match at 7/4 (Betway)
