The evening Non-League match, and Chesterfield look to be getting massively over-rated in this one.

Chesterfield have struggled to adapt to life outside the Football League, and Martin Allen just doesn't seem to have the answers, nor the realisation of the problems they are in. After winning three consecutive games at the start of the season, they are now without a win in 12 matches, and have scored just three times in thier last 10.

Now making a case for Halifax isn't easy here. Like Chesterfield, they started the season well, and then regressed quickly, and now haven't won in eight themselves. Dig a little deeper though and their are some signs that brighter days might be around the corner. Five of those eight have seen them share the spoils, including home matches against Leyton Orient and AFC Fylde, who are both progressing well this season. Overall at home this season they are 4-2-1, having scored 10 and conceded just 4.

I'm not sure how they can be such big outsiders in this match given all those factors, and the 2/1 with Betway is just too long.

3pts Halifax to beat Chesterfield at 2/1 (Betway)
