We'll start down at Portman Road this weekend, where the Tractor Boys continue to operate a particularly negative game plan as they try to pull themselves clear of the relegation zone after a woeful start to the season. They went 12 matches without a win until they finally stole the three points from Swansea at the Liberty Stadium last weekend. Ipswich were properly battered in that match, and took the win by netting with each of their three shots on target, while Swansea were unable to convert a raft of chances.

Only Bolton have managed more shots than Ipswich this season - 124 in 12 games, while at the other end things are a good deal better - conceding 148 shots in that time. Their 33 shots on target is also a division low. That lack of offensive threat has meant five successive home matches going Under 2.5 Goals for the Ipswich fans.
This week's visitors are QPR, and they have scored just nine times in 12 matches now, and they have failed to score in three of their last five away matches. Nine of their 15 matches this season have gone under 2.5 goals, and the price on repeat in this one looks tempting at 4/6.
1.8pts Under 2.5 Goals in Ipswich v QPR at 4/6
We're also backing Rotherham to beat Bolton, with the Trotters now dropping down the table rapidly after their opening table topping antics. We commented at the time about the overachievement of those early results, and since then they have lost five from seven, and have drawn a blank in four of their last five matches.
This week they go to Rotherham, who are also struggling for results this season. They have been on an identical run over the past eight matches, but more encouraging are their home results this season. So far they have beaten Ipswich, Wigan, Millwall and Derby, and taken points against Stoke and Bristol City. Only Hull have won at the New York Stadium, and based on that run, we have to back the Millers at 5/4.
2pts Rotherham to beat Bolton at 5/4 (General)
