Charleroi finished 3rd in the Belgian top flight last year, and it's hard to fathom why they are odds-against to beat Zulte Waregem this afternoon.

Charleroi have already met Anderlecht, Antwerp, Genk and Standard Liege, so they haven't an especially easy opening to the season, which shows their 13-14 goals for/agg is decent enough, and their shot data reads 99-83 and 54-38 in on-target efforts.
Waregem have been altogether much weaker - scoring 13 and conceding 27 in their opening 10 matches - registering 98 shots versus 126 against, of which the on-target efforts read 46-66.
Waregem have played a pretty similar crop of sides so far this season, but away from home have really struggled - losing 4-0 to Genk, 5-1 at Antwerp, 3-1 at each of Oostende and Cercle Brugge, and drawing 1-1 at Gent.
We should trust Charleroi to get the job done here - they lost just one game on their own ground over the entire 2017/18 campaign, so should be cheered on by their home fans.
2pts Charleroi to beat Waregem at 21/20 (Betway)
