A more than reaosnable Sunday evening saw all three recommendations landed, as Janssen and Warren both covered their handicaps for winners at 5/4 and 10/11, and Fallon Sherrock showed why she is now the player to beat in the Ladies event with an average of 90 to progress in style.

Onto Monday evening, and we'll start with Anastasia Dobromyslova v Laura Turner, where we fancy the Russian can use her experience to come through this one easily with a 2-0 win.

Dobromyslova is the most recognisable name in Ladies darts having spent more than a decade at the top. She recently showed her skills on stage at the Ally Pally of course, averaging 77.32 in that match - somewhere around her usual level against Ryan Joyce.

She's had a reasonable year, reaching the final of the World Championships to kick things off, before winning the Scottish Open in February. Since then she has added titles from the BDO International Open, the England Masters, England Classic and of course the PDC qualifying event, as well as reaching finals of the Welsh Open, England National Championships and Northern Ireland Open.

Laura Turner has been decent enough hereself, but not quite at those levels. She won the British Classic, but that was her only major title this season, so it's most been a run of QF and SF appearances.

With Dobromyslova likely to average around 10pts higher per visit, she should be backed for the 2-0 at 8/11.

2.2pts Dobromyslova to win 2-0 at 8/11 (Sky Bet)

In the mens, Jim Williams is a strong favourite when he faces Roger Janssen and we reckon the 3rd seed should make it through without any fuss.

Williams is still improving, and has won five tournaments this season already, and we'd expect him to average into the 90s in this one.

Roger Janssen put in a 13 darter and a 15 darts in his match against Wouter Vaes, but the remainder of his 10 winning legs all took a minimum of six visits. That's not going to be good enough against Williams who would expect to finish within five vists in approaching half his legs, and probably something like 85% of legs inside six visits.

We'll back Williams on the -1.5 sets handicap

2pts Williams (-1.5 sets) to beat Janssen at 4/5 (General)
