Two quick picks in League One - starting with Oxford as they take on Doncaster.

Motivation is clearly being well rated into the price here, given that Doncaster need to keep winning to ensure a play-off, but form suggests Oxford could get one up here and prices of close to 2/1 look generous in my mind - especially given they have won 11 of their 22 home matches this season. Most recently, they have recorded 8-2-1, including wins over Charlton and Coventry.
Doncaster have lost two in a row, and are overall 4-4-6 in their last 14 now, so aren't exactly world beaters right now. Coming into this with a few doubts about key players could give Oxford the chance they need here.

I also really like Rochdale at 8/5 to beat hapless Southend - the Shrimpers have won just once in 16 now, and regardless of their need to win, they are simply not playing well enough to pull clear of the drop zone on the evidence seen so far.
Rochdale have done their usual Great Escape, with five wins and two draws in their last nine, so the pressure is off now. It could be a negative, but I suspect that their performances will have given them the confidence to play without fear in this one, and they should be backed at a healthy price to continue in their rich vein of form with another win here.
