Spain may not be the strongest side in the tournament, but this could still be one of the most one sided matches of the entire competition.

Spain have enjoyed a pretty decent warm-up, with a mix of results against some of the better sides in the world, while South Africa have tested themselves, but come up short.

Norway hammered them 7-2 in France last week, while the US thrashed them 3-0 in California. They drew with Jamaica at home, and lost 3-0 at Finland and 2-1 at Czech.

This really does look like being a comfortable Spanish win, and when you look the kinds of results you typically see on neutral venues between sides of Spain's ability versus those of South Africa's ability you see a real patter.

Spain are ranked 13th in the World with an Elo rating of 1913. South Africa are down in 49th with an Elo rating of just 1485. Those familiar with using Elo on this sort of thing will know what a huge difference in ability that represents.

For me, the (-2) and (-3) handicap lines worth taking a chance on, with Spain available at 13/10 (Betfair) and 29/10 (UniBet) on the respective lines.

In the goalscorer markets, Jennifer Hermoso is reaching her prime, and the 11/4 on her opening the scoring looks generous given this is likely to be so one-sides. She has 28 goals in 68 games, and leads the line for one of the best domestic sides in the world (Athletico Madrid) and has netted 18 goals in 21 for her club side since signing last season.

1pt Spain (-1) to beat South Africa at 13/10 (Betfair)

1pt Spain (-2) to beat South Africa at 29/10 (UniBet)

1pt Jennifer Hermoso to Score 1st at 11/4 (Betway)
