Again, just a single pick in Scottish League One, where Montrose are a solid NAP for the weekend at 19/20 with Bet365, Betfair or SportingBet. It won't last the weekend this one.

The hosts have found a lovely bit of form - winning five straight matches now as they have reeled off wins against Peterhead, Clyde, Airdrie, Stranraer and East Fife. Their last blot was actually in the reverse of this fixture where they lost 2-0 at Forfar.

The opposite has been true of their rivals this weekend. After a great July and early August where they just couldn't lose, things dried up remarkably quickly, and they have now lost 10 of their last 12. The only win coming against Montrose in September.

The shot data backs it all up as well - Forfar are at just 40% shot ratio, and 39% on-target, which drop to 39% and 31% more recently.

Montrose have landed numbers of 47% and 50% over the season, both improving to 51% and 63% lately. That suggests they impressive sequence of wins of probably somewhat fortunate, but they are nevertheless a much superior outfit right now.

With three firms going 19/20 it would be rude not to wade in nice and early - I wouldn't be laying these guys any longer than around 4/6 or perhaps 8/11 at mates rates!

4pts Montrose to beat Forfar at 19/20 (Bet365, Sporting Bet, Betfair Sportsbook)
